Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:

Thank you for shopping with Bioionic! The safety of our customers and employees is always our #1 priority, but even more so as we navigate the evolving novel coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

 Our warehouses remain open and deliveries are continuing to ship. We are committed to following all CDC guidelines and have implemented the following safety protocols for our warehouse team:

  •  Employees working in a single facility and in shifts to minimize crowding
  •  Regular and extensive sanitizing of facilities
  • Teammates who are not feeling well or exhibiting any symptoms are required to stay home
  •  6 ft. social distancing required at all times
  •  Face masks and gloves worn when handling packages
  •  Frequent breaks for hand washing

 In the meantime, it may take us longer than usual to reply to your calls and emails, or process orders and returns. Due to diminished staffing during the COVID-19 shutdown, returns have been deprioritized and will take longer than usual to process. We apologize for any inconvenience We are working hard to respond within 72 hours and appreciate your patience. To thank you, we are waiving shipping costs on all orders (no minimum spend) and extending our return policy to allow returns 60 days from the order delivery date.
