What is your return policy?

FedEx Ground is Bio Ionic’s standard delivery service. FedEx Ground service is currently available for delivery to residential addresses in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and to U.S. Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We're sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally.​

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received by 9am are shipped by the next business day. The estimated delivery times below include order processing time.

How do I pick the right flat iron?

How do I pick the right curling iron?

To file a claim with our warranty, you must create an account on www.bioionic.com and register the product. 

You MUST be logged in and your warranty MUST be active to file a claim. View our warranty policy to confirm the time frame for your tool. Otherwise, the “Submit a Claim” option will not be visible.

1. Go to the account dashboard > “Registered Products” in the side menu > “Submit a Claim” link for the product you want to file a claim for
2. Enter the product name from the drop box
3. Enter the purchase date
4. Upload Proof of Purchase
5. Select from the drop box the reason for return 
6. Proceed to fill out your name and address. This will be your shipping information for the replacement
7. Click “Submit”

An email will be sent with your Claim ID and an address to send the tool to the Service Center.

Please note, that you can file a warranty claim even without valid proof of purchase. In such instances, Bio Ionic will rely on your appliance's batch number to estimate the purchase date. Your claim may be declined if the batch date indicates that the appliance was manufactured outside the warranty period.
