BioIonic.com offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your product within 30 days of the original order delivery date. NOTE: To be eligible for refund, your product must be returned in its original box in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order delivery date.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Please follow the steps below when preparing your product for return.

    1. Re-pack your product in its original packaging, including any manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
    2. Include the original shipment packing slip, and write “RETURN” next to the item(s) you are returning. Shipments received without a packing slip will take longer to process the return.
    3. Send the package to the address below. For your protection, we recommend you use a registered delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS) insured to the product value:
