Do you accept returns?Updated 5 months ago offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your product within 30 days of the original order delivery date. NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, your product must be returned in its original box in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order delivery date.


Submit a return request via our online returns portal.

BioIonic will provide a FedEx return shipping label via the portal. A return handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return the item for store credit, the return handling fee will be waived.

Please properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original BioIonic packaging if available. Gifts with purchase and promotional items are ineligible for refund.


Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, minus the $5.99 return handling fee. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed. Have your order number or the email address and telephone number associated with your order handy.

Non-refundable and promotional items will not be accepted for a refund.
