If your order qualifies for a return (see “Do you accept returns?”, then submit a return request via our online returns portal.

BioIonic will provide a FedEx return shipping label via the portal. A return handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return the item for store credit, the return handling fee will be waived.

Non-refundable and promotional items will not be accepted for a refund. For more information, read our complete Return Policy.
