If your order qualifies for a return (see “Do you accept returns?”, then follow the steps below to prepare your product for return.
- Re-pack your product in its original packaging, including any manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- Include the original shipment packing slip and write “RETURN” next to the item(s) you are returning.
- Send the package to the address below. For your protection, we recommend you use a registered delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS) insured to the product value:
