My order arrived damaged. What should I do?Updated 9 months ago

If your product arrives damaged or is missing, please report it as soon as possible through our online returns portal and select the “damaged or missing item” reason code.

For items received damaged, please retain the original shipping box, packing materials, and the item for inspection. We may request you send a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation.
