What happens if my warranty claim is rejected?Updated a year ago

Under some circumstances a warranty claim may be rejected, for example: you are unable to provide an acceptable proof of purchase, or the claim falls outside the warranty time-frame for your specific appliance, or our service center determines the claim falls outside the requirements of our warranty policy. We're sorry, we are unable to return tools that are sent to our service center.

You will be notified by email if your claim is rejected and provided the reason why.
